Crashbox
Objective: Develop a crash box made of composite materials
Description: This pre-development project consisted of taking a part initially made of metal and modifying it to manufacture it in thermoplastic composite materials. The goal was to obtain a lighter part, with similar mechanical characteristics and a lower or equal cost.
Technologies/methodologies: Writing specifications, design, simulation monitoring (digital and physical), prototyping monitoring.
Software: Catia V5

Objectif : Concevoir un convoyeur intermédiaire dans un projet d’automatisation
Description : Ce convoyeur est une petite partie d’un projet d’automatisation d’une ligne d’empotage. Ce convoyeur était une partie intermédiaire de la chaîne pour assurer le remplissage d’un mélangeur.
Technologies/méthodologies : Équipe de 2 concepteurs, conception, mise en plan, dimensionnement et recherche des composants standards, suivi fabrication auprès du client.

Snow shovel holder
Objective: Develop a snow shovel support for quad
Description: The customer had a snow shovel for a quad but did not have a support to attach it to his model. It was necessary to develop a universal and adjustable concept.
Technologies/methodologies: Writing specifications, design, drawing, manufacturing, testing in real conditions.

Battery tray
Objective: Develop a battery tray for hybrid or electric vehicles
Description: This pre-development project consisted of developing a battery tray made of composite materials. It was necessary to comply with crash test regulations, manufacturing cost limits as well as being lighter than steel or aluminum concepts.

Objectif : Développer une débroussailleuse “low cost” pour particuliers
Description : Le client souhaitait reprendre son concept de débroussailleuse “heavy duty” et le reconcevoir pour le rendre accessible aux particuliers qui ont des champs avec des broussailles.
Technologies/méthodologies : Rédaction du cahier des charges, conception et mise en plan.

Cybertruck - Insulation
Objective: Develop and put into production the interior insulation of the Cybertruck
Description: Design of different elements such as: Floors, carpets, NVH pads, etc.
